Saving the IP address
We store the IP address transmitted by your web browser strictly for a specific purpose and for a period of seven days in order to be able to detect, limit and eliminate attacks on our website. After this period, we delete the IP address or anonymize it in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) DSGVO.
Usage data
When you visit our website, so-called usage data is temporarily stored on our web server in the form of a protocol. This serves statistical purposes in order to improve the quality of our website. This data set consists of
- the page from which the file was requested,
- the name of the file,
- the date and time of the query,
- the amount of data transferred,
- the access status (file transferred, file not found),
- the description of the type of web browser used,
- the IP address of the requesting computer, which is shortened in a way that prevents personal identification.
The log data mentioned are stored anonymously.
Data transmission to third parties
We do not transfer your data to any service provider. Our webmaster operates our website independently on one of our web servers.

In some cases, we transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU. In each case, we have ensured an appropriate level of data protection.
In the case of Google Analytics (USA), an adequate level of data protection follows from the corresponding participation in the Privacy Shield agreement (Art. 45 (1) DSGVO).
Cookies
We use cookies on our websites. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your terminal device and can be read. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session. Cookies can contain data that make it possible to recognize the device used. You have the possibility to contact us. The data you provide will be collected and stored electronically. The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. We use your data exclusively for processing your request. Your data will be deleted as soon as your request has been processed.
Twitter company page
We operate an official Twitter page under the URL https://twitter.com/actipros on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. We do not collect, store or process any personal data of our users on this page at any time. Furthermore, no other data processing is carried out or initiated by us. The data you enter on our Twitter page, such as comments, videos or images, are not used or processed by us for any other purpose at any time.
Twitter uses so-called web tracking methods on this page. Please be aware of this: it cannot be ruled out that Twitter uses your profile data, for example to evaluate your habits, personal relationships, preferences, etc.. We have no influence on the processing of your data by Twitter.
Data security
In order to protect your data from unwanted access as comprehensively as possible, we take technical and organizational measures. We use an encryption procedure on our pages. Your data is transferred from your computer to our server and vice versa via the Internet using TLS encryption. You can recognize this by the fact that the lock symbol in the status bar of your browser is closed and the address line begins with https://.
Registration funtion
Users can optionally create a user account. As part of the registration process, users are provided with the required mandatory information. The data entered as part of the registration process is used for the purposes of using the service.
As part of the use of our registration and login functions and the use of the user account, we store the IP address and the time of the respective user action. The storage is based on our legitimate interests as well as to protect against misuse and other unauthorized use. In principle, this data is not passed on to third parties unless it is necessary for the pursuit of our claims or there is a legal obligation to do so pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c DSGVO. The IP addresses are anonymized or deleted after 7 days at the latest.
Your rights as a user
When processing your personal data, the DSGVO grants you as a website user certain rights:
1. Right of access (Art. 15 DSGVO):
You have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if this is the case, you have a right to information about this personal data and to the information listed in detail in Art. 15 DSGVO.
2. Right to rectification and erasure (Art. 16 and 17 DSGVO):
You have the right to request without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data.
You also have the right to request that personal data concerning you be deleted without undue delay, provided that one of the reasons listed in detail in Art. 17 DSGVO applies, e.g. if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued.
3. Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO):
You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 DSGVO applies, e.g. if you have objected to the processing for the duration of any review.
4. Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO):
In certain cases, which are detailed in Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of this data to a third party.
5. Right to object (Art. 21 DSGVO):
If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) (data processing for the protection of legitimate interests), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data, unless there are demonstrably compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
